Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I love oat milk.)

  • 1/2 tsp. Golden Milk blend

  • 1 medjool date (or sweetener of choice, optional)

  • A few ice cubes

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy in your favorite tall glass. If you prefer it as a more traditional iced latte, blend all ingredients except for the ice cubes, and then add in the ice cubes after. Enjoy 💛 WATCH VIDEO
